Dear all,
I need to find a plastic which has the lowest Dielectric Constant and Water Absorption.
I looked at Teflon and crosslink polystyrene, but I still want something better.
Can you please point me to the right source for such info?

Take a look at Noryl;Polyphenylene / PPO Dielectric constant is a little lower but the water absorption is a lot lower. |

When you are considering Teflon you must be sure to look at the whole group of flouoroplymers. The Teflon name is a DuPont trademark. But Dupont puts the teflon name on three distinctly different fluoropolymers. There is PTFE Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene). There is FEP teflon Fluorinated Ethylene propylene . Thjere is PFA Teflon perfluoroalkyd. There are also other fluoropolymers such as ETFE, ECTFE, etc.
If your application is electrical insulation, you may also want to consider Kapton (polyimide) materials.
