Can anyone suggest how to check concentricity of a internal thread with a diamtre.( Outside diametre)

I find this in various drawings

Request for guidance

It depends on the shape of the part. One way if the part has a round enternal shape is to use a micrometer with a thread shaped spindle. This allows you to take several measurements around the diameter at different places and depths and compare.

To check a thread concentricty to a bore requires two gauges to be made to fit the thread and the bore. One gauge will be to low toleance and the other to high tolerance. The low tolerance should fit and the high should not.

CMM is another way.

Also, gauge making companies can produce gauges for you to establish the tolerances you require and will certify the gauges. .. but you must maintain a re-certification program.
