I’m a new kid on the (Engineers Edge) block with 10 years of high-pressure experience and 7 years of business intelligence software experience.

Here’s background information:  I’m seeking to do a career change combining both skill sets within the HVAC industry with emphasis of Information Technology. When seeking assistance from my college and/or voc-tech instructors much isn’t provided and it’s difficult when coming from the ‘old-school’ of vocational training with a BS in CIS. It seems that I’m talking a language not understood because IT and HVAC seems to be out of their scope.

Could someone help and/or lead me in a direction for HAVC software resources in Michigan and/or any brother or sister companies?
