Has anybody ever "unclogged" a 3-D printer tip? I use a uPrint 3-D Printer and the model material is clogged. This seems to happen fairly often, and the tips are not cheap. So instead of buying more, I wanted to see if anybody has ever resolved this problem without buying another tip replacement. Thanks

Can you find out the solvent used in the "ink" and maybe get some and soak the tips in that. Maybe break up a "print" and try dissolving chunks in various solvents. Dave |
