Hi... Can anybody give me some advice on the design of non-suspended concrete slab? What are the design considerations? Thank you. |

Hi back,
I'll offer what little I can since no one else has chimmed in. The one slab I did, ... I found that all the questions I had similar to yours were called out by the code of the city I live in. Perhaps you will find the same. Your city building inspector should be able to provide you with all those parameters. .. such as cross beam depth & width, slab thickness per use, amount of steel, number of beams, density of required concrete. ..I hope I've helped some.. -randy- The worst suggestion of you lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them. |
