Please tell me how to calculate cylinder working power. If i have the cylinder diameter, piston shaft and stroke length, i need to know the formula to calculate the power of the piston it self.

Thanks

Snapper, hi,
Clyinder working forces has nothing to do with stroke length unless you are figuring torque at a crank or leverage.
.. you do need the pressure in the chamber.

The blind side of the cylinder forces are
(pi X r² X pressure)
..the blind side has no rod sticking out..

The rod side is
(pi X r² X pressure) - (pi X r² [of the rod] X pressure)
or
((dia of cylinder - dia of rod)/2)² X pi X pressure)

I hope that helps.
