I know of none. It is a matter of experience, education, talent, skill, and mechanical intelligence. Thus is why they are expensive to develop. It takes years to develop good aircraft maunfacturing and fixturing methods, and they are closely guarded by the OEM or job shops. .... but the wood shoe and cleco (sp) methods are still good for one-off situations. The shoe-last needs to be designed to be taken apart and reassembled in the mirror image to go from the right to the left shape. The stays or ribs should be per the horizontal, verticle and beam drawing stations and meet the BP for shape. Fit them together in a cross-jointed method covering shape in X, Y, & Z form. ... reverse the assembly for mirror form. Break out the english wheel or other sheet metal shaping devices to get the metal to form fit the shoe. It is a skill!! You may try looking under coach building as, I think, this is what the skill is mostly considered as a trade and where it came from. (like making old car finders) The worst suggestion of you lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
