Does any one aware of any weld acceptance standards (from ASTM or ASME) for microelectronics industry for speciality toxic gas tubing welds. I know that most of the semiconductor / microelectronics companies have their own in-house specificaition.  Is there any international specification specifically meant for tubing welding acceptance criteria?
