secondly is there any relationship between the cooling tower out temperatures and condensation taking place at inter cooler at nights the temperature coming from the cooling goes down that brings the jacket water temperature also down when that JW at low temperature goes in the intercooler some condensation occurs that we observe through the blow holes at the inter cooler when that happens the pilot fuel consumption increases by three to four litres an hour when we switch down the RPM of the cooling tower fan the condensation some what reduces and the fuel consumption actually goes down is it because of this or some other issue?
