We are producing aluminium profiles and I am searching for a material that won't damage the profile's surface quality. Is teflon OK? Which materials can I use for especially separator for the layers between profiles when storing them and in places where friction may occur because of the motion between profile and material? Thanks elif |

Do you mean the damage to the surface of the profile during transport or shipment? |

Returnable custom mold has already repaid 3x the cost for me. It is also enviromentaly friendly for those with enviromental standards and budget crunch. 1st year is painful 2 years later very pleased with outcome. |

Depending on the shape and weight of the profile will drive your requirement. The following are my suggestions:
Hope this helps! |

Thanks a lot. This information will hep me much. I have another question I think may be you have an idea about this topic also. I am analyzing all process in the factory. One of the things that I would like to reduce operation times. It takes too long when putting the aluminium profiles to the storage cars workers. So I would like to reduce this process time. Do you know any storage method which requires less operation time? Thanksss |
