Hi
I am Mechanical Engineer in Turkey about iron and steel industry I have some problem about bcm (billet casting machine) turnover cooling bed vertical motion hydraulic cylinder which is changing continiusly we use proportional flow control valve from there on the other columns which is the part of machine is not on the same level (floor is inclined due to high temperature and I think due to radiation transfer between floor and machine columns) in order to stabilize to the stroke of vertical and horizontal hydraulic cylinder what must I do (do u know load sensing proportional flow control valve ) |

I also work in a steel mill-what kind of problems are you having-can you post a hydraulic schematic? Maytag |
