I have run into a requirement for a taper requiring a minimum 85% bule fit with a Major diameter of 2.362 +.001/-.000 and a exit diameter of 2.091 +.008/-.000 over approx 70mm length. I have dealt with Morse, Gleason and ANSI tapers but have not had the type of dimension requirements for a plug gage before. ? 1 reference center for defining 85% bule fit. ? 2 a supplier for this type of plug gage. |
