Hi all
Can anyone tell me the column buckling load capacity of a standard marine grade unsupported aluminum pipe 1.625 inch OD, 1.375 inch ID by 60 inches long? This is for a non eccentric load. Both ends are in a plate type fitting. And, what is the column buckling load capacity of an unsupported 2.5 inch square red oak post (dry) 60 inches long? Both ends are captured. Thanks Ron
