Hello everyone ! Any idea on how to manage stubborn square pins from bulky qty into linear piece-by-piece movement? The pin is 0.65 x 0.65 x 9.3 mm sized, tin plated. This application is to insert the pins into a plastic part, with the purpose of eliminating manual handling of the square pins during assembly process. Any ideas & inputs are appreciated. Thanks ! |

What the other post is is talking about is a bowl with a groove around it that has a shape similar to your product. The groove spirals out of the bowl. The bowl is often vibrated and the pins find their way onto the groove and walk to the top. Such things are designed and ready to use and sometimes require to be vibrated from the right location and frequency. The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them. |
