Hi,

please help me find how i can keep constant pressure supply from centrifugul fan,i have aproblem,because i want to keep constant pressure supply,i don't want pressure go up and down as it's happening now.

what causes pressure surge in centrifugul fans,is it the types of fun used like forward or backward or other factors.

If the speed is constant, the preesure variation depend from the resistance of the system, as open and close dampers, or so.
If you want to sustain the pressure you have to control it by a sensor which will handle a inverter control to change the motor speed.
The blades form have to do with other facts.

Complementing what Devitg has posted, if you keep experiencing troubles with pressure even after VSD changes fan motor speed, you may have problem with response and/or accuracy of pressure sensor itself and/or its control loop. Every time you have a door or window being suddenly opened or closed sensor detects a change in pressure and sends a feedback to VSD control. Moment fan reacts is may be late for correction of room pressure. Visit (deleted).

I think fluctuation of pressure largely depends on speed of motor fitted to it.
So if we able to maintain electrical parameters cont. then you will able to get cont. pressure.
