In the design of clutches we have to consider the basic requirement of clutches.
and they are 1.torque transmission 2.Heat dissipation 3.dynamic balancing 4.vibration damping 5.size and inertia 6. clutch free pedal play and some other minor ones and my doubt is how can we do dynamic balancing in the high speed clutches. thank u |

The same way as any other assembly is normally balanced during production: one piece at a time. You simply fixture and test the individual components within their designed operating speed range, and trim or add mass to achieve dynamic balance for each part. Minimize process time for the balancing by specifying optimal materials and production methods. Tiger |
