Can anybody tell me wether hydraulic activated luffing cylinder which are used to perform a movement of a crane-boom luffing up and down function need to comply with ASME PV Code 8 in any subject, especially in the burst pressure versus nominal working pressure ratio. Also any possible www-link or other "paper" would be helpful.
