Question 1:Can anybody advice on a suitable slewing bearing(turntable type) to meet the following:

(1) diameter about 1.8 meter
(2) usage very rare with very long idle period(more than 1 year)
(3) rpm- 1 to 2 rpm
(4) loads:- Axial(vertical downward)= 250 kN
Radial(negligible)(only due to reaction from drive)
Moment = 100 kN.m
(5) environment:- moderately corrosive(high humidity type)
temperature (ambient)
(6) Special Features: - stainless properties
- maintenance free features (no need of
lubrication)
(7) radial & axial run out: - 0.2 to 0.3 mm

Question 2: Can anybody advice on which is costlier and typical cost difference among two types of bearings below of 1.8 meter diameter:-
(1) Single raw ball slewing ring bearing
(2) Single raw cross-roller slewing ring bearing

The requirements seem normal.

Anti-corrosion can be achieved by special coating. Self-lubrication can solve (6).

Typically, single row crossed roller slewing bearing cost more than single row ball type, but should not more than 15%, I guess. But the former bears higher loads.

There is an easy slewing bearing selection guild on BFM bearings' website. Try google them with the key words "triple row roller slewing bearings" or "BFM bearings".

Hope this helps.

Hard to think you will get it from the shelf.

Torrington bearing could be a supplier.
