WE ARE DESIGNING A SCISSOR LIFT ITS HEIGHT OF LIFT WILL BE 1250MM
AND ITS WIDTH IS 650MM AND ITS LIFTED BY A PNEUMATIC CYLINDER .THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT TO BE LIFTED IS 2500N .THEN WHAT WILL BE THE NUMBER OF TIERS REQURED FOR SAFE LIFTING. |

You want a scissor lift which can lift almost 250 kilograms. You left out the length of the lift, which is essential for calculating the number of links required to lift to a specified height... however it appears you only need to lift it a little more than a metre. I think you need a lot more information & correct some of your numbers before anyone could help with that... Unless someone is willing to prove me wrong.
