Water tight connectors for attachment onto PCB's?

Hi Edgers, Would anyone know of electronic connectors that are water tight through their bottoms. I think primarily of small or miniature USB and 3.5 mm stereo speaker connectors. Is this an industrial or personnal pursuit? In the marine world we use heat-shrink tubing with a dielectic grease inside.
