I do no have ay idea about CadKey but I have a very intensive knowledge about AutoCad. In AutoCad unde the file dropdown menu there is a command which is "export" after clicking this command there will be an window opening IF AutoCAd supports the Cadkey program's drawing file extension you will just find the necessary drawing file in your computer and export it to
AutoCAd that how it works. if AutoCAd does not support the extension of Cadkey's extension unfortunately u are no able to export the file.YOu will need to draw it in AutoCad from the scratch.
