Load calcs for generating electricity?

I am trying to work out how to size a generator for a set amount of torque?
Please bear with me as I am not from this industry but will try to explain what I need.

I have a very small motor which I can get to turn a pulley or similar but it has a small & variable amount of power available.

Correct me if I am wrong but there would be 2 things needed to calc an amount of electricity that can be generated.
Speed of rotation (RPM) & the load or resistance.
What formula is used to calc the end electricity generated from the RPM & resistance?
Is there a formula or table?
Or have I got it totally wrong?
If not, are there any links that may help.

power of motor{hp} =

{Torque(lb.ft}x(2 x pi)x(rotational speed(rpm)}/{33000}.

Torque = Force x Pulley radius


Horse power and speed (rpm) will mark on your motor name plate
