EMI shielding Question

I am looking for EMI material or gasket that works on rotating surfaces. Most of what I found are for sliding conditions. The shielding would be on the rotating part and contact a stationary part, rotation is +-90 degrees. Friction could be a problem if to stiff. There can be no contamination from disintegrating parts. Help!
