gearing and torque Question

Hello I'm new to the club.
I'm atempting to build a robot to be used for construction.
my question is a bout gearing and torque
I have a motor that has a torque of 2000 lbs and an rpm of roughly
24. the motor has a sprocket /gear that is 7" inches dia atached to the shaft. I wuld like to know the torque for the first gear and another gear/sprocket exactly the same size but at a 90 degree angle. can some bodey please help?

You say that your motor has a torque of 2000 lbs, is that 2000 ft-lbs or in-lbs at the shaft or  is that at the spocket?  If you are indicating at the sproket, then we have a start.  If not, then you will need to calculate the torque at the spocket.

thanks for writing back so soon. The 2000 Lbs is lbs an inch and that rating is at the shaft of the motor wich is 1/4" inches dia
hope this clears up my question a bit.
