I had to design a flexure hinge for a precision application about 10 years ago.  I believe I found an article in Machine Design or in a research journal (sorry I don't know the source) but if you have access to technical liturature searches (Engineering Index or the like) you might find something.   CE

Are you looking for fundamental design information (do it your self) or, are you looking for a selction from a company?  A comprehensive hinge catalogue?

I am looking for fundamental design information (do it your self), and want to make a designing be used for a micro position (um), but I only can find a little information, can you help me?  Thank you very much!

Do it yourself. Start with thickness of .007 inches or less and expect to need to increase it to about .010 while trying out the mold. Make sure the resin must flow accross the hinge. Make land width about .03-.03.
