I am an HVAC Engineer. I wanted to clear my concepts on Air changes required in different areas, basis of design with reasons,  sample calculations for an Operation theatre mentioning Supply air qty, fresh air qty., return air qty., Exhaust air qty for a positive pressurization system.

Also let me know how to calulate the above air quantities for maintaining a particular pressure in a particular area.
