Dear Friends, For the CNC machines, when the pressure reducing valve fitted inline with the pressure relief valve then how much pressure difference required to function it properly. With warm regards, Prakash.............. |

In most industrial applications I seen the relief valve will be set 10-15 bar higher than your pressure reducing valve(secondary pressure). Maytag |

This information needs to come from your manufactur or the book that came with the machine tool. However if the pressure is not within 90% of the orginial (as delivered) amount you likely have a worn pump, leaking seals in the relief valve, or leaking/bypassing clamps/chuck/motors. Your chuck and clamping devices will begin to misfunction at that point.
