I'm concerned with a safety issue-does anybody have any input about water flashing to steam??? I was told years ago that 1 gallon of water will be approx. equal to 28 sticks of dynamite-I may have my facts wrong or may have been misled in the beginning. I work in the hot metal industry where water cooled equipment and molten metal are both common. Thanks in advance,Maytag
