How to calculate the maximum Working Load a particular Structure can take?? Any calculations?? |

My question can be taken as: 1. How is the maximum working load, an Electrical Pole can take, calculated?? 2. How is the maximun wind load a Civil structure / building can take?? 3.How is the maximum Transeverse Force any civil structure/ Pole etc can take?? |
