Hai,

Can any one explain me What is fillets and rounds in catsing components and which radii can i take for convex and concave areas.

i was confused in the case of

ALL RADII TO BE 1 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
BLEND RADII TO BE 3 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Regards,
Raghavan.

Ask your customer / engineer for more clarification. You can't build or make a project that is not clearly defined to you.

Dear randy,

I am very clear with the information provided to me.

Actully i had dout in the are where the round should come

that means i always the corner (convex)round should be high radii or the blend radii(concave) should have high radii

which will be used as a common funda.

Regards,
Raghavan.
