May I ask if someone has any ideas on making a rotational work to make a perpendicular thrust?

Perpindicular to what? The axis of the rotation or the plane of the rotation?

Perpendicular to the plane of rotation. When I rotate the member CW or CCW, it will move a certain part forward up to a certain distance. When returned to original state, the part will return also to original position. tnx
