Vijay, I'm pretty sure that getting all the competing companies, engineers, and designers together and getting them to agree is unlikely. Most of the time, engineers and designers don't agree on a design approach amongst the same company. There would have to be legislation in place to control or standardize the requirement, or a standard be the only logical choice.
