We are in the process of converting to RoHS compliant hardware and are trying to determine if we need to adjust our torque specs for RoHS compliant bolts. Have any experiments been performed regarding the coefficient of friction of trivalent chromate finishes? |

It may be a good idea to contact your hardware supplier/manufacturer. You're going to need RoHS Compliancy Certs from them anyway. I'll kindly pay you Tuesday..for a hamburger today....Whimpy |
