Dry Rooms or Chambers are also referred to as low humidity dry rooms; are specifically design for storage within a very low humidity environment. The chambers or rooms are typically equipped with dehumidifiers to remove water vapor. Units may employ sealed and locked doors, sensor and alarm systems to monitor and notify responsible individuals on the rooms humidity levels.

Typical applications include: storage of art, antiquities, processing pharmaceuticals, and semiconductor manufacturing.
