Environmental Chamber Menu
Environmental test chambers are used within engineering, manufacturing, and research for various testing such as design verification of prototypes, process research, production testing, production curing of materials, product verification, stress testing for thermal, humidity, and failure analysis. Environmental test chambers verify the reliability of parts and assemblies. particularly electronic assemblies and populated printed circuit boards.
Environmental test chambers are designed and employed to simulate any type of environmental condition or combinations of environmental conditions such as:
Environmental test chambers are manufactured at virtually any size required, from a few square inches up to and including an entire building. Temperatures may be achieved from -300 degrees F to in excess of +1100 degrees F. Humidity from 10% to 100%. Environmental vacuum chambers routinely achieve vacuum levels of 10-7 Torr.
