E = Youngs Modulus (psi, N/m2)
α = Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (1/°F, 1/°C). Note: that units may be expressed as in / in-°F, m / m-°C
ε = Strain ΔL/L ( in/in, m/m) That would have occured if linear feature no restrined axially.
