O-Ring Installation Compressive Load vs Hardness Chart Table .210 Diameter O-Ring
The following chart gives the load required to compress a .210 diameter o-ring with respect to percent compression of diameter and the applicable hardness - Shore A scale.
To use the chart, first determine the o-ring diameter, material hardness, then your design compression on the o-ring. With this you can determine the estimated compression force per linear inch of your installed o-ring.
